Going through all the various tenders from other firms, it soon became clear Mark was the most realistic, straightforward and trustworthy of all the various quotes we saw, with great credentials. Once he got started with the project he was there all the way and was effectively project managing on site with the suppliers that he also set up for us – all excellent too, which helped us massively as we were both at work. We faced a few problems and he was there on hand to help out or suggest a solution.
